The Third‘Insight of China’- Master Workshops from Artists of B&R Countries was held from 05 to 11 May 2019 in Zhejiang Conservatory of Music (ZJCM). 

Eight music or dance artists - Riadh Beroual and Salim Dada from Algeria, Nasreddine Chebli, Syhem Latrache and Haifa Hassen from Tunisia, Walid Ahmed, Ahmed Farouk and Maha Tawfik from Egypt - participated in this year's workshops. 

The opening ceremony was held on the morning of 07 May at ZJCM with presence of Mr. Zhu Qi, Vice Director General of the Bureau of International Exchange and Cooperation, Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China, Mr. Xu Peng, Vice Director of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Mr. Hu Jianxin, Secretary of ZJCM CPC Committee, and all the eight artists. The afternoon of 10 May witnessed the successful closing concert of various performances including traditional instruments and dances by eight artists and ZJCM students. 

During their week-long stay in Hangzhou, all the artists gathered in ZJCM for in-depth communication and cooperation with our teachers and students, and promoted cultural exchanges between China and countries along the Belt and Road.
