On September 18, Róbert János Füle, the Consul of Culture and Education of the Hungarian Consulate General in Shanghai, visited Zhejiang Conservatory of Music (ZJCM) and held talks with the President Wang Rui and the Vice President Dong Dejun. The heads of the Dance Department, the Affiliated School and the International Office accompanied the students to attend the meeting.

Wang Rui first extended a warm welcome to Róbert János Füle and his delegation, and briefly reviewed the visit of teachers and students of the Dance Department of ZJCM and himself to Hungary in the first half of the year. He said that ZJCM attaches great importance to exchanges and cooperation with Hungarian institutions, and has established a very solid cooperative relationship with Eötvös Loránd University and Liszt Academy of Music. He hopes that with the establishment of the Chinese Music and Culture Center of Eötvös Loránd University, the pragmatic cooperation with Hungarian institutions in the fields of music, dance and drama will be further deepened, and teachers and students will be shared and exchanged in a planned manner, and regular teaching, performances and training exchange activities will be steadily promoted. He also expressed the hope that the Hungarian Consulate General in Shanghai will continue to assist the in-depth cooperation between Zhejiang Conservatory of Music and Hungarian institutions, and jointly create a brand of Sino-Hungarian educational cooperation.

Róbert János Füle highly agrees with the cooperation concept proposed by President Wang Rui. He pointed out that in recent years, Zhejiang Conservatory of Music and Hungarian institutions have achieved remarkable results in cooperation and exchanges, and have also attracted much attention from all walks of life. He is very much looking forward to Hungary's cooperation with Zhejiang Conservatory of Music in dance art to make new breakthroughs, and invites Zhejiang Conservatory of Music to send a delegation to participate in the international art festival held in Hungary to further deepen exchanges.

The two sides exchanged gifts and took photos.

During the visit, Róbert János Füle and his delegation also visited the grand theater, concert hall and music museum, and went to the Dance Department to observe students' rehearsals.
