On December 1, 2016, French tuba musician Thomas Leleu held his solo concert and masterclass at ZJCM. On the concert, Thomas played Concerto in G Minor by Haendel, Samson and Dalila by Saint Saëns as well as segments in Carmen.
His performance was graceful, delicate and powerful. With his skillful techniques and musical expressiveness, Thomas received highly appreciation from audiences. During the masterclass, he explained several classic works in detail and gave students a better understanding of tuba.
